It integrated administrative, survey, spatial, and digital data to support metropolitan-scale urban diagnosis, public-service evaluation, and policy adjustment.</p> <p>Junyao led methodological development and implementation during the project, connecting multi-source urban data with evidence-based governance, social policy assessment, and the spatial distribution of public services.</p>
