&lt;p>This project developed a digital governance framework for monitoring more than 60 livelihood indicators across 12 dimensions and over 300 subdistricts in Beijing. It integrated administrative, survey, spatial, and digital data to support metropolitan-scale urban diagnosis, public-service evaluation, and policy adjustment.&lt;/p>
&lt;p>Junyao led methodological development and implementation during the project, connecting multi-source urban data with evidence-based governance, social policy assessment, and the spatial distribution of public services.&lt;/p></description></item></channel></rss>
