Abstract
This methodological report describes the architecture of the MOBI-TWIN model for analysing spatial mobility under Europe’s digital and green transitions. It sets out how regional typologies, heterogeneous agents, mobility behaviour, and scenario assumptions are integrated into a modelling framework designed to assess regional inequality, sustainability, and resilience. The report provides the methodological basis for subsequent simulation and policy-analysis tasks in the project.
