Hybrid Work and Job Home Networks
This research examines whether different intensities of hybrid work generate distinct job home network structures. It studies how residential origins and employment destinations become connected across space and how these relations vary in reach, diversity, hierarchy, concentration, and inequality.

- How does the national job home network vary with hybrid work intensity?
- How is hybrid work intensity associated with partner coverage, partner diversity, and mean external distance?
- How do these associations differ by settlement context and existing network hierarchy?
Analytical direction
The project combines multilayer network analysis with district level panel modelling. Residential and employment roles are analysed separately to identify directional differences in the spatial reach of flexible work.
